You WANT to say no. You NEED to say no.
But in the moment…it just feels easier to say (all together now—in slow motion)
“YEEESSSSSSS.”

How is it possible that one little word can be so HARD to say? Why! WHY?

Well, if you’re a hot yes, then you’ve probably had very little practice or modeling of how to actually say no. I certainly didn’t.

Many clients have asked me for some coaching on how to jump off the hot yes express gracefully, so I put together a handy guide to help you say “no” without being a jerk.

This practical and straightforward guide gives you six scripts to help you build your “No” muscle.

Use it as a general guide and finally respond to those emails you’ve buried at the bottom of your inbox because, well, you just couldn’t find the words to give someone a firm, but friendly “no”.

I got your back.

You can be kind, gracious, enthusiastic, loving, thoughtful, and still give an honest nope.
